Mike Dirks

Mike Dirks is a licensed realtor with a passion for guiding individuals in the real estate industry. As the Director of Education, he has dedicated himself to fostering growth and knowledge among his peers. Mike's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish the Realtor Success Academy, a platform committed to enhancing the skills of aspiring realtors. Beyond his professional pursuits, Mike is a devoted father, cherishing every moment with his family. His commitment to both his career and family showcases his balanced approach to life.

Gordon Dirks

Gordon Dirks boasts a distinguished career in public service and education. As the former Minister of Social Services in Saskatchewan and later the Minister of Education in Alberta, he has consistently championed the needs of the community. His leadership extended to his tenure as the President of the Calgary School Board and Rocky Mountain College, where he left a lasting impact. Transitioning from public service, Gordon has spent over 15 years as a business consultant, leveraging his vast experience to guide organizations towards success. His multifaceted career reflects his dedication to both education and business excellence.

Ryan Griffin

Ryan Griffin is a Lawyer at Bell Alliance and dedicated professional, assisting individuals and small businesses in navigating intricate real estate and business transactions, including corporate structuring. With a commitment to simplifying legal complexities, Ryan ensures his clients approach decisions with confidence, balancing meticulous attention to detail with budget considerations and the broader perspective. Hailing from the Alberta foothills, he earned his Bachelor of Commerce, specializing in finance, from the University of Calgary's Haskayne School of Business, and later secured his law degree from Thompson Rivers University. Before joining Bell Alliance in 2017, he articled at a boutique litigation firm in Calgary.

Birgit Holmes

Birgit Holmes, with an impressive 11-year tenure as a mortgage broker, is renowned for her dedication in assisting clients to secure the ideal mortgage for their dream homes. Her educational background is both diverse and prestigious, holding a Bachelor's Degree in Cell Biology and Education from The University of British Columbia, further complemented by her training at Sauder Business School in Mortgage Brokerage.  A Vancouver native, Birgit cherishes the city's natural allure and her family's maritime legacy, ensuring her clients always benefit from her vast expertise and personalized mortgage solutions.

Nicole Morton

With over two decades in the insurance industry, Nicole Morton is a dedicated advocate for reshaping its reputation. Her career journey began in 1995 at London Life (now La Financière Liberté 55), sparking her passion for helping individuals secure their futures. Shifting to group insurance at Great-West in 1997, she deepened her understanding of insurance's human side. In 2002, she joined Special Markets Solutions, driven by a client-centric philosophy of prioritizing acceptance over refusal of claims. Beyond her professional roles, Nicole commits to "Benefits of Caring," an event supporting Ovarian Cancer Canada, exemplifying her empathetic spirit. Her mission is to humanize insurance, emphasizing its role as a vital support system during life's unexpected challenges, making her a beacon of hope in the industry.


David Fairbairn

David Fairbairn, a certified Home Inspector based in Vancouver, is a distinguished figure in the field, known for his appearances on Global TV News and in the 24 Newspaper. Raised in the Lower Mainland, he has a background in Power Engineering, which paved the way for his expertise in large commercial buildings. Transitioning to home inspection, David quickly became a go-to professional for top real estate agents, thanks to his deep knowledge and commitment to quality work. Residing in the Lower Mainland with his wife, Vashti, four children, and an orange cat, David continuously enhances his skills through annual training, seminars, and conferences. His certifications include membership in CanNACHI, a license from Consumer Protection BC (license number 60397), and specialized training in areas like Mold Recognition and IR/Thermal Imaging. David's dedication to staying abreast of the latest in home building and green practices makes him a trusted expert in ensuring the safety and integrity of homes.
